Key Responsibilities include:
1. **Develop Sales Strategies**: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales targets in your assigned area.
2. **Customer Engagement**: Actively reach out to potential clients to introduce our products, ensuring strong relationships are built for long-term business.
3. **Market Research**: Gather information on market trends and customer preferences to help refine sales techniques and product offerings.
4. **Reporting Sales Data**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports, providing insights to management on customer feedback and sales trends.
5. **Collaboration with Team**: Work closely with team members to share knowledge and strategies, ensuring a unified approach to meet sales goals.
Required skills and expectations include:
- A minimum of a 12th-grade education, with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- A proactive and motivated attitude, with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience of up to 5 years in a sales role, but freshers willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.
